1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, completely dry, and free of dust, grease, wax, or loose debris. Lightly sand existing coatings or raw wood with fine-grit sandpaper (220-grit) for optimal adhesion. Wipe away all sanding dust.
2. Shake the
can vigorously for at least 1 minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle. Hold the can upright 20–25 cm (8–10 inches) away from the surface. Spray with smooth, overlapping side-to-side motions, keeping a constant distance and speed. Apply 2 to 3 thin, even coats rather than one heavy coat to prevent runs or sags. 3. Leave to dry. Allow 24 hours for complete hardness and protection before heavy use.
