Zinc Spray (Cold Galvanizing Spray) is an aerosol zinc-rich spray paint formulated with high-purity zinc powder, featuring 83%~96% zinc content in dry film. Unlike ordinary paint, it provides cathodic sacrificial corrosion protection. It is widely used to repair scratches, welding seams and cut edges on hot-dip galvanized steel, restoring damaged galvanized layers. The finished coating is silver-grey with an appearance close to original hot-dip galvanizing.

DIRECTIONS	Remove loose rust, scale, oil, grease, and dirt by wire brushing, grinding, or sandblasting. The surface should be clean, dry, and free of contamination for maximum adhesion. Shake the can vigorously for 1–2 minutes until the mixing ball rattles freely, ensuring the zinc dust is fully dispersed. Hold the can 20–30 cm (8–12 in) from the surface and spray in smooth, overlapping passes. Apply thin coats — build up the film in 2–3 thin coats (each ~40–60 µm) rather than one heavy coat, to prevent runs and ensure even zinc loading. Allow 10–20 minutes between coats; the coating is touch dry in 10–20 minutes and overcoatable after 1–2 hours (at 20°C). Clean up — invert the can and spray for 2–3 seconds after use to clear the nozzle and prevent clogging.
