Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, rust, or loose paint. Lightly sand smooth or glossy surfaces for optimal paint adhesion.
Preparation & Shaking: Shake the can vigorously for at least 1 minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle. Shake occasionally during prolonged use. Application Technique: Hold the can upright approximately 15–25 cm (6–10 inches) away from the target surface at a 45° angle. Press the nozzle firmly and spray. Cleaning the Valve: After use, invert the can completely and spray for 2–3 seconds until only clear gas comes out. This prevents the nozzle from clogging during storage. Drying Time: Touch dry in 10–15 minutes; fully cured within 24 hours depending on ambient temperature and humidity. |
